Welcome to CAMS Prep ("the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, which provides online CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) exam preparation tools including chapter practice, missed-question review, mock exams, and cross-device progress sync. By registering an account, logging in, purchasing, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Service is an independent, third-party study aid for candidates preparing for the CAMS certification. Available features include chapter-based practice, missed-question tracking, review pools, timed mock exams, and cross-device progress synchronization. Free registered users may trial a limited set of questions per chapter; paid users unlock the full question bank for the version purchased for the duration of their access period.

The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ACAMS or any official exam administrator. All exam names and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners.

2. Account and Acceptable Use

• Accounts are registered with an email address or phone number. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials; all activity under your account is presumed to be yours.
• Each account may be used on a limited number of devices, as shown on the purchase page or in account settings. To unbind a device, contact support.
• You may not sell, lend, copy, scrape, or publicly redistribute your account credentials or any Service content, including questions, explanations, and mnemonic notes.
• Automated scripts, crawlers, and bulk extraction tools are prohibited. Violations may result in rate limiting, account suspension, or termination without refund.
• Accounts used for abusive behavior are subject to immediate termination; fees already paid are not refundable in such cases.

3. Paid Access and Fees

Paid access may be purchased via supported online payment channels. Pricing tiers, license durations, and active promotions are shown on the purchase page at the time of purchase. Renewals extend the existing expiration date forward; a new purchase cannot overwrite an active entitlement.

Prices and promotional offers may change over time. Such changes do not affect already-activated entitlements. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout; applicable taxes, where required, are handled by the payment processor or merchant-of-record.

4. Content Copyright and Disclaimer

Original content produced by the Service — including question explanations, mnemonic notes, and study guides — is owned by the Service operator or the respective rights holder, and is licensed solely for the personal study use of the purchasing user. You may not redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit such content.

The Service is an independent study aid. It has no affiliation with or endorsement from ACAMS. All exam names, CAMS, and the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist mark are property of their respective owners. The question bank is continuously refined; if you encounter errors or ambiguities, please report them and we will correct verified issues in subsequent updates.

5. Service Changes and Termination

If the Service must be discontinued due to force majeure, regulatory action, or operational reasons, we will provide advance notice on the site and offer a reasonable transition plan for users within their paid access period. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting support.

6. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Service evolves. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
